Child Care Proceedings

Are Social Services involved with your children?

We help parents and other family members, such as step parents, grand parents, uncles, aunts and others where children become involved with social services.
We have a large, specialist child care and adoption department with experience of handling all types of cases including the most complex.
We are able to help at case conferences, negotiate with social workers, help at court if proceedings are commenced and in cases even after a court order has been made.
Head of Department, Sara Green, is a partner and member of the SRA Children Panel, guaranteeing the quality of the representation you will receive.

Adoption

Do you wish to adopt a child? Do you wish to object to a child being adopted?

We are able to provide you with a legal team able to help guide you through the complexities of the law and procedural rules relating to adoption. We will provide you with sound, practical advice and will obtain public funding for you, if available.
