Rhodri Owen is a Director in the firm and head of our Private Client Department. Rhodri specialises in Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Orders.
Rhodri also has a wealth of experience in dealing with Family and Matrimonial cases.
Wills, Probate & Trusts:
Rhodri is a Full Member (TEP) of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners. Rhodri acts as Trustee for Personal Injury trust funds and regularly deals with High Court and Court of Protection applications. Rhodri is available to act as a professional Deputy or Attorney.
Rhodri has specialised in Family Law for over a decade and regularly deals with high net worth and complex cases, including cases with foreign assets, Trusts and companies.
Rhodri has Higher Rights of Audience to appear as an advocate before the senior Courts for all areas of law (Civil and Criminal).
Rhodri completed his Degree at the University of Surrey in 2006, and his Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in 2007. Rhodri joined GGP Law in 2007 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2009.
In his spare time, Rhodri enjoys reading, travel and walking. Rhodri was part of the firm’s successful 3 Peaks Challenge team.
