Police Station

We are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – free of charge.

Whether you have been arrested or have been asked to attend for an interview as a volunteer, please remember that representation at the Police Station is free of charge. It is vitally important that you receive the correct legal advice at the earliest available opportunity and that is why you should contact our highly experienced team us to represent you. We can provide you with independent and impartial advice as to the strength of the case against you and thereafter advise you how to deal with the interview process. Deciding whether to answer questions, provide a no comment interview or a written statement can influence the outcome of your case. Sometimes it may be suggested or you may think that waiting for a Solicitor will mean that you will spend longer in custody and that you should proceed without legal advice; this is not the case and we are obliged to attend within 45 Minutes. If you are asked to attend a local Police Station for a chat, don’t be fooled. It is likely that this will be an interview under caution. Call us in advance and we will make arrangements to meet you there. Once again, this is free of charge.

Members of our team have experience in dealing with all manner of offences from minor theft and drink driving right the way through to the more serious offences including murder, sexual offences, drug offences and large-scale conspiracy cases. Even if you have already been interviewed without legal representation and have been released under investigation or bailed to return to the Police Station at a future date, you should contact us and we will still be able to represent you upon your return.
