A Director and Head of Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property, Karen Herbert qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2000 and has been a part of GGP since 2003. Karen is the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP), in addition to the Money Laundering Compliance and Reporting Officer (MLCO / MLRO), responsible for ensuring that GGP Law meet the regulatory and statutory requirements associated with these positions.
Karen has a wide range of experience across all aspects of conveyancing and property law and mainly focusses on commercial transactions such as business leases, sales and purchases of shops, hotels, public houses, industrial units and other business acquisitions. Karen also assists our private client department advising on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Karen and her team provide expert advice and guidance to business and individuals and ensures that each receive the very best service. Karen deals with all matters professionally, expeditiously, and efficiently.
In her spare time Karen enjoys travel and is a keen skier and hiker. She also enjoys spending time with her family, in particular with her young grandchildren.
