Contact with children in Care

If you have a child who is placed in foster care following you consenting to the children being placed there or following the court making an order, it is important that you are kept fully informed about your child’s well-being and in most circumstances, continue to have contact with your child. If you have any concerns about contact with your child who is in foster care, you may need to seek legal advice.
